Congas/Bongos/Timbales

Conga Lesson
Congas are tall, narrow, single-headed drums originating from Cuba, commonly used in Latin American music. They are known for their rich, warm tone and rhythmic versatility. 8 weeks - Beginner guitar group class

2 hrs$250

An 8 week course with David Goyette beginning Tuesday April 7th at 10am!
These 2 hour long classes will include guitar anatomy and tuning, understanding chords, different genres, and learning songs! Please bring your own acoustic guitar if possible. Limited space available.
April 7,14,21,28 May 5,12,19,26.

I started drumming in August with no experience. Since then Michael has taken me over many hurdles and I’m starting to feel comfortable with keeping a beat, learning the variations, and having fun. Taking lessons is by far the best way to learn. It’s a slow process (for a retired guy) and each step brings a better understanding of how to get the 4 appendages to work independently. Michael is a master musician and teacher. I highly recommend taking lessons at his school.

I’m a late to the party beginner drummer. I joined the group lesson a few weeks ago. I’m now planning on taking lessons and trying to keep a beat! Michael is the real thing. As well as being a crazy good drummer, he knows how to instruct someone like me with positive support and guidance. I’m really looking forward to continuing the lessons and practice, practice, practice. I’m well into retirement and enjoying my new hobby.
